Sir,
May like to consider APCOMS (ARMY PUBLIC COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCES) University Rawalpindi Cantt as well in this list?
APCOMS is not a university. However, it has been included in the list of colleges.
Native Pakistan is very good site in which good efforts have been made to the convenience of Pakistanis and especially for Rawalpindi people. I am from Rawalpindi and born 56 years back in Rawalpindi City area College Road house. I have seen Rawalpindi from my early childhood to this mature age. I learnt from different educational institutions of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. If any one wants to contact please call me. I can provide admission information in IIU and AIOU.

Sir,
May like to consider HITEC University Taxila Cantt as well?
Thanks for reminding. It has now been added in the list above.
Has the standard of education improved with the proliferation of Universities in major cities of Pakistan? Is it possible for children with meagre resources to benefit from the available educational facilities? In my humble opinion, unless we rehash the entire system of education in the country and allocate larger chunks of annual budget to Education, we will continue to grope in darkness of jihalat.
Sir, standard of education has decreased. Education has become so expensive that people with meagre resources just can’t think of getting their children admitted in these universities. Education is a Business now. I agree with your suggestion of more budget for education.
